Bradley Cooper is being lined up to play elite commando Mack Bolan in a movie adaptation of the hit novel series. Warner Bros has bought the movie rights to Don Pendleton's terrorist battling military hero and want Bradley to lead the franchise. According to Deadline, the project would reunite Bradley with The Hangover director Todd Phillips, who is tipped to helm the first film. Avatar 4 co-writer Shane Salerno - who acquired the rights to the franchise from Pendleton's estate - will write the script and produce along with Bradley and Todd.
